Welcome to Travel is a company that is young, dynamic, ambitious and importantly for you, growing.

This time last year we were a team of 3 and we’re now looking to grow to a team of 8.

With a huge focus on high service and customer experience, our flagship tour has recently hit number one on TripAdvisor (for Melbourne tours) and we’re hoping next month will bring us our 2nd and maybe 3rd Adventure Tourism Award.

We’re looking for someone to work alongside the directors in a Sales and Operations Manager role for the company.

As Sales and Operations Manager your role will include:

The main point of contact for our travel agent partners around the world.
Booking in components of the 4 and 8 day tour.
Speaking with future possible welcome to travellers to ensure they join the best tour in Melbourne.
Liaising with local partners to ensure we deliver the best possible experience.
Working with the directors to deliver the best tour itineraries possible.
Communicating with travellers before their journey begins.
Reporting on figures in various facets of the company.
Support our customers in realising their travelling dreams.
This position is exciting and integral to the business and along with the company, has potential to grow.
