While we learn about COVID-19 and its global impact, Welcome to Travel know that you may have questions and uncertainty about your future travel and that’s natural.
Everyone at Welcome to Travel is a traveller too and we’re here to help you with absolutely anything and everything, especially in these times.
The team at Welcome to Travel are working around the clock to keep you informed but the most up to date source is your home countries Government website and also the Australia Government website.
It is with regret that we are announcing that all our tours are cancelled until 5 July 2020.
As the situation around Coronavirus continues to develop, the Australian PM, Scott Morrison, announced on Thursday 19 March 2020 that there is a travel ban to Australia for all international travellers.
Our decision has been made in line with advice from the Australian and Victorian government, but most importantly with consideration for the health and wellbeing of our travellers and staff.
We’re determined to give you an amazing experience over here in Australia and hope this doesn’t put you off travelling in the future. Therefore, we are offering you the option to either:
- open date your booking – this means you can travel at anytime with us in the future; or
- a full refund.
We’re hoping to give more clarity on future travel dates as soon as possible and will contact all people that are booked onto future tours.
